We relieve you of all your worries, keep you constantly informed of developments and coordinate with you if necessary. <\/p><p>There are three forms of dispute resolution that our specialists can help you with:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Binding advice<\/strong>: parties do not turn to an ordinary judge, but to an expert or a committee. Parties record in an agreement who is appointed as binding advisor and that they will adhere to the binding advice. Disputes about technical matters often opt for binding advice.<\/li><li><strong>Arbitration<\/strong>: parties can agree through an agreement that existing or future disputes will be resolved through arbitration. They must then submit their dispute to private judges. The decision these judges make is binding on all parties. This is called an arbitral award. There are various arbitration institutes. Well-known examples are the Arbitration Council for Construction and the Dutch Arbitration Institute.<\/li><li><strong>Procedure<\/strong>: parties can choose to submit their dispute to the court.
