Not only between the parties involved, but also with other family members. To prevent these effects, mediation can be a good alternative. Under the expert guidance of a mediator, who promotes good cooperation and communication between the parties, you and the other party reach a solution.<\/p><p>The value of mediation in family law disputes, is that you reach a solution together. So there is no judge who has to make a decision. Sharp position choice in a procedure can be omitted. You decide together what the solution should be.
