From these areas of expertise, he provides advice and is regularly appointed receiver in bankruptcies. Furthermore, he deals with restructuring issues in the broadest sense. He has since become an arbitrator at CAR. He was also an alternate member at the International Court of Appeal of the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale de l&#8217;Automobile (FIA), the international legal body in motorsports.
