As of February 1, Wille Donker Lawyers has a new addition: Linda Dijkstra – Devillers. With her broad expertise in real estate and rental law, she brings valuable experience to our firm.
Rental law specialist with a broad view of real estate and government
Linda has been an attorney since 2006 and is very well versed in rental law. At her previous firm, she set up the rental law practice and supervised both employees and interns. Partly because of her acquired knowledge of environmental law and public construction law, among other things, Linda understands better than anyone how the interests of governments, investors, and entrepreneurs come together and where the opportunities lie.
At Wille Donker Lawyers, she primarily represents municipalities, housing associations, healthcare institutions and large SMEs.
A warm welcome in Bodegraven
The move to Wille Donker felt natural to Linda. “When I was asked if I wanted to work at the law firm of the Green Heart, I felt that this suited me,” she says. “I have always had the ambition to be a socially involved lawyer within the Green Heart. There is plenty of room for that at Wille Donker.”
Meanwhile, Linda has had her first few days in Bodegraven. After a warm welcome, Linda went straight to work. For her, every case begins with a deeper understanding of the client and the assignment. Linda: “I grew up surrounded by greenery and have always been curious about my surroundings. That curiosity developed into an eagerness to learn. Listening well is the beginning: that’s how I help discover opportunities where others see obstacles.”
