This is Cristian, specialist in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. His motto: “He who does not dare, he who does not win. W He who does not ask, he who does not know.” You guessed it. Cristian asks a lot of questions so he knows exactly what a client needs. With his experience, he likes to look beyond standard solutions and draws energy from a creative approach. Where is the entrepreneur growing towards and what issues does that raise in the future? He prefers working together: with clients and a team of like-minded people who provide creative solutions and achieve goals.
This is Bram, specialist in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. “Working hard for meaningful results.” is his motto. He likes clarity and likes to go straight to the heart of an issue. He listens sharply and quickly sees what is important to his client, so that he can offer solutions that really matter. With his down-to-earth approach, he thinks ahead: what legal hurdles can entrepreneurs encounter and how can they best prepare for them? Bram enjoys working together, both with his clients and with a driven team that shares the same focus on results.
