Amos Kroll is an incisive and experienced attorney in the areas of employment and insolvency law. From these areas of expertise, he provides advice and is regularly appointed receiver in bankruptcies. Furthermore, he deals with restructuring issues in the broadest sense. In recent years he has assisted various companies in dire straits with reorganisations, conflicts with creditors and restructuring or bankruptcy issues.
Amos is pragmatic. He looks not only at the legal feasibility of a case, but also at what motivates you as a client and where exactly your interests lie. With that, Amos tries to resolve your case quickly and properly. This requires speed, clarity and expertise. Amos is committed to providing you with the best possible guidance. In doing so, he never loses sight of your interests.
Amos is also involved in sports law. For many years, for example, he was secretary of the College of Motor Sports Law (CAR). He has since become an arbitrator at CAR. He was also an alternate member at the International Court of Appeal of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the international legal body in motorsports. Since 2019, he has been part of the disciplinary tribunal at the Institute for Sports Justice (ISR) as an arbitrator.
