Rudolf van Binsbergen has been working as a lawyer since 2001. He studied civil and criminal law at Leiden University. Since entering practice, he has focused on construction law, property law, government liability law, administrative law and environmental law (spatial planning and environmental management). He has successfully completed a postgraduate course in administrative law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. general civil law. Rudolf van Binsbergen has also built up experience in general civil law. He is a member of the Association for Administrative Law, the Association for Construction Law and the Construction Lawyers' Association. As a visiting lecturer, Rudolf van Binsbergen teaches Constitutional and Administrative Law at Leiden University. He is also a member of the Administrative Law Commission of the Hague Bar Association.
