B.A. Wille is one of the founders of the firm. He studied at Leiden University and has been practising law since 1972. Over the years, meester B.A. Wille has built up extensive expertise in general civil law, with particular emphasis on construction and property law, leasing law, contract law, employment law and company law. He regularly advises on and assists in mergers and takeovers.
